there is no proof this thing we live on moves i really enjoy your straight forwardness on that subject ------ my ?? is how can it be ??? if someone flys a fast jet aircraft going against an object spinnig (earth) 66,000 miles per hour,, its going to arrive at the same distance location just the same time as if it flys in the opposte direction location going with the object going 66,000 miles an hour ????????? please heip i am just a common person trying to understand these ???????? one thing is for sure somebody is lying on a universal scale ------- but in all honesty i have no mental ability to talk about subject matters i do not understand ----------- but that being said if i was forced to pick i would go with what you think !00 %%%%%
Hi Bradley, it is odd isn't it that we can't mechanical prove the Earth's motion. The Earth spin's at 1000 mph (this is mechanically unproven and daily or diurnal rotation is also explained by Brahe). Further we are moving at 30 km per sec or 67.000 mph around Apollo the Sun god. Our solar system is apparently moving around the centre of the milky way galaxy at ~420.000-520.000 miles per hour. Our galaxy pace the Big Bang, is moving away from other galaxies at ~2.2 million miles per hour or so......Imagine now you are sat in a Lotus and screaming down a highway. Yet we feel nothing :) Gravity and a combined 12 layer atmosphere etc. But it is odd. We should be able to measure all of this and prove it. I think we should be able to feel and notice it. It is a riddle that the Science has never explained.
