The claim has some validity but is incorrect. It is not what Newton stated and this idea ignores universal masses, forces and how planets are aligned and operate. It does not prove heliocentricity.

I actually bought the hard copy of the book, and it's beautiful, with many fine illustrations, and there's humor in it too. I haven't finished the whole thing yet (at times it's very calculations heavy, and I've been getting into all kinds of different subjects since, am currently reading Ralph Rene's 'NASA mooned America'), but I should really pick it up again.
