When the non-scientist and untrained 'doctor' Jenner went out in public he was called a 'quack' and a charlatan and verbally abused for the corrupt half wit that he was. He and his Royal Society 'The Science' gangster mafia milked the UK Government for £3 million in today's money starting in 1810, than after 1820, a yearly investment was made into the quackery industry. A business model was born, even as the dead and injured piled up. But 'the science' had spoken.
